Quote of the Week: Live simply that others might simply live. ~Elizabeth Ann Seton
Seton was born in 1774 in NYC and died 1821. Beatified 17 Mar 1963 by Pope John XXIII and canonized 14 Sept 1975 by Pope Paul VI.
This is the first time I have heard that Seton said this, and she may have. I had always heard it was either attributed to Mahatma Ghandi [Indian political and spiritual leader (1869 - 1948)] or to a Native American whose name I can't recall.
This is Frauke, Clint's dog. She's 4 years old and she lives with us as Clint can't have a dog in his apt.
